Wednesday evenings during the school year children come together to enjoy a night of fun activities in our Awana clubs. Three clubs are available for children 3 years old to 5th grade.
Cubbies are children that will be ready for kindergarten in one or two years, usually they are 3 or 4 years old.
Sparks are children that are in Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade.
Truth and Training consists of 3rd and 4th graders in Ultimate Adventure and the 5th (and optional 6th) graders in Ultimate Challenge.
Our desire in using Awana is to help families teach children to Know, Love, and Serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

Awana begins at 6:30 pm after check-in time and ends at 8:00 pm.
Following different schedules each club participates in these activities weekly:
-
Handbook Time – Emphasis is on memorizing and understanding Bible verses resulting in awards earned to display on uniforms
-
Large Group Time – Practical Bible Lessons related to each age group
-
Game Time – Encourages all children to participate regardless of athletic abilities, to learn how to cooperate with team members, and good sportsmanship.
Team points are earned by more than playing games but also through club attendance, church attendance, participation in theme nights, bringing a Bible, bringing the handbook, wearing the uniform, bringing a friend and passing sections in the handbook. The last two items are heavily weighted in the points department.
Cubbies are to be picked up in the Cubbies' Room.
Sparks are to be picked up in the gym (Ministry Center)
T&Ters are to be picked up in room 205 upstairs
