Home - Maintenance Projects There are several maintenance projects that need to be done around the church. If you are able to help out with one, please contact the for more details.

Outside Projects

1. Clean (power wash) vinyl siding on north and south side of garage.
2. Paint door (passage) and frame on garage.
3. Clean parking lot and grounds.
4. Repair damaged gates and wood on garbage enclosure.
5. Clean all windows.  Note: No ladders on drivet and protect the low roof.
6. Clean out all window wells on the north side of building (basement windows).
7. Paint all exposed trim on the old section of the building (scrape, prime, and paint).
8. Clean and paint protection shield around gas meter on east side 30th St. (scrape, clean and paint) (Gloss rust-oleum) black.
9. Clean ceiling of carport
10. Clean (pressure wash) carport concrete.
11. Seal (after dries) concrete
12. Clean and paint basement windows outside
13. Pressure wash (Corner Stone) Kossuth and 29th.
14. Clean and paint all hand rails (dark bronze)

Inside Projects

Upstairs

1. Room 201: Replace 2 ea ceiling tile.
2. Room 202:     
3. Room 203:     
4. Women’s Room: Touch up paint.
5. Men’s Room: Touch up paint.
6. Room 204: Patch holes on south wall and paint.
7. Room 205: Replace stained tile and Paint room.
8. Room 206:      Repair 2 ea damaged RA grilles and Replace damaged ceiling tile.
9. Upstairs corridors:  Finish painting in north corridor.                 
10. Stair: Paint.

Ground Floor

1. Men’s Room:  Clean exhaust fan and Paint room.
2. Women’s Room: Clean exhaust fan.
3. Foyer:   Patch and paint and Install chair rail.
4. 2 Year:  Patch and paint.
5. Nursery: Modify door (1/2 door, same as infants)
6. Corridor to Infants and Toddlers:  Paint.
7. Room 110: Paint.
8. Crying Room: Paint.
9. Auditorium:Clean RA grilles and Paint.
10. North Corridor (Kossuth St. side): Patch and paint, install new mini blinds (Note:  Nothing to be stored in this corridor.)
11. North Stairs: Repair hand rail and Patch and paint walls to basement.
12. Ramp Area: Repair hand rail, patch and paint all walls, repair door frame (west door out of foyer into ramp),  and secure RA grilles.
13. Ministry Center: Repair serving shelf at kitchen window, patch and paint all walls, wood arches- stain before painting, repair broken light trim on 4 ea lights, check all lights to make sure all trim is secure.

Old Part of Building

1. Offices and foyer all need to be patched and painted.
2. Men’s and women’s bathrooms: floor covering, each room?  Patch and paint.
3. Three way light switch in foyer needs corrected.
4. Paint steps in all stairs then install slip treads.
5. Replace ceiling tile that are damaged in old building.
6. Paint all (4 ea) stairs to the basement.

Basement

1. Caulking in all rooms.
2. Paint all rooms
3. New base board throughout
4. New ceiling tile
5. Finish construction in new areas.
