KSBC Ministry Opportunities

Welcome / Ministries / Adult / Adult Bible Fellowships (ABF) / Harvesters / KSBC Ministry Opportunities
On a fairly regular basis, the Harvesters' ABF arranges for someone that represents one of the many ministries around KSBC come in to speak to the ABF about what that ministry focuses on and how to get involved with it.  So far, we've had these kind folks stop in.  Be sure to get with them if you have an interest in serving in or hearing more about the  ministry that they represent!

Got Glasses?  Got cell phones?
In the Harvesters room, 201, there are labeled tubs at the back of the room where you can donate unwanted glasses or cell phones that you no longer need.  The glasses go to the Lions Club, who then sends them around the world to different organizations who provide glasses to the needy.  The cell phones go to the non-profit group, "Cell Phones for Soldiers," who sells the phones to a company and then uses that money to purchase calling cards to give to active-duty military men and women.  The glasses should be in good structural condition and not "ancient" (haven't been sitting in grandma's drawer for 20 years), and the cell phones need to work, but not necessarily have current working batteries nor all the accessories with them.

Thank you for your donations!
