Bear with me as I repeat for the 6th week in a row these four truths that define a biblical understanding of spiritual warfare . . . and your life lived for God’s glory in this present evil day.
1. The Bible teaches that the church, the body of people saved by God, is under attack by the prince of darkness, the god of this world – Satan himself.
2. The purposeful intent of all evil is to misrepresent the goodness of the creator God and separate people from his great love.
3. The church’s highest calling is to declare and demonstrate the trustworthiness of God and point people to God’s great love demonstrated in Christ’s sacrificial death.
4. Thus, a war exists between God’s people and Satan for the glory of the one true God. Our study of the armor of God teaches us how to deliberately prepare for the opposition of the evil one and his forces in our lives.

This week we are studying from Ephesians 6:10-20
